Cancellations
- Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your appointment.
- Late cancellations may incur a small travel fee.
Rescheduling
Need to change your slot? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll happily rebook you at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Service Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your service, tell the professional before they leave. We'll make it right on the spot or arrange a complimentary touch-up.
Refunds
Cash payments are settled after the service, so refunds rarely apply. For prepaid bookings, eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
